01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to set the dipped Peeps after coating.
02 - Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into the base of each Peep if desired for easier dipping and serving.
03 - Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted, approximately 1–2 minutes total.
04 - Hold each Peep by the stick or base and dip into the melted chocolate, turning to coat evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
05 - Immediately sprinkle with decorations while the chocolate is still wet to ensure adherence.
06 - Place coated Peeps on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining Peeps, then refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until chocolate is completely set.
07 - Serve chilled or at room temperature as desired.
